　　一般情況下，如果是關不嚴的話，先確認一下閥門是否有關閉到位，如果已經(jīng)關閉到位后，還是存在泄露不能密封，那就再檢查密封面的情況。有些閥門的密封副是可拆卸的，那就拿出來進行研磨，再次試驗。如果還是關不嚴的話，那就必須返廠檢修或者更換閥門，以免影響閥門正常使用及出現(xiàn)工況事故等問題。

　　閥門關不嚴的原因一般有以下幾種

There are generally several reasons why valves cannot be tightly closed

　　（1）有雜質卡在密封面，雜物沉積在閥門底處或墊在閥瓣與閥座之間；

(1) There are impurities stuck on the sealing surface, which deposit at the bottom of the valve or cushion between the valve disc and valve seat;

　　（2）閥桿螺紋生銹，閥門無法轉動；

(2) Rust on the valve stem thread prevents the valve from rotating;

　　（3）閥門密封面被破壞，導致介質出現(xiàn)泄漏；

　　（4）閥桿與閥瓣連接不好，使閥瓣與閥座偏斜不能嚴密接觸。

　　閥門關不嚴的處理方法

　　一、 有雜質卡住閥門密封面

1、 There are impurities blocking the sealing surface of the valve

　　閥門有時突然關不嚴，可能是閥門密封面間有雜質卡住，此時不應用力強行關閉，應把閥門稍開大一些，然后再試圖關閉，反復試試，一般即可排除，否則應進行再次檢查。也應保持介質的質量潔凈。

Sometimes the valve suddenly cannot be closed tightly, which may be due to impurities sticking between the sealing surfaces of the valve. At this time, no force should be used to close it. The valve should be slightly opened larger and then attempted to close again. Repeated attempts can generally eliminate the problem, otherwise it should be rechecked. 　　二、閥桿螺紋生銹

2、 Rust on valve stem threads

　　對于通常在開啟狀態(tài)的閥門，偶然關閉時，由于閥桿螺紋已經(jīng)生銹，也會發(fā)生關不嚴的情況。對于這種情況，可反復開關幾次閥門，同時用小錘敲擊閥體底部，即能將閥門關嚴，無需對閥門進行研磨修理。

For valves that are usually in the open state, when accidentally closed, the valve stem thread may have rusted and may not close tightly. For this situation, the valve can be opened and closed several times, and at the same time, the bottom of the valve body can be struck with a small hammer to tightly close the valve without the need for grinding and repair.

　　三、閥門密封面被破壞

　　對于試著多次開關仍然關不緊的情況，那就是密封面已損壞了，或者是腐蝕、介質中的顆粒劃傷等破壞了密封面，這種 情況應報修處理。

For situations where the switch cannot be closed tightly even after multiple attempts, it means that the sealing surface has been damaged, or that corrosion, particle scratches in the medium, etc. have damaged the sealing surface. This situation should be reported for repair.

　　四、閥桿與閥瓣連接不好

　　這種情況，就需要給閥桿和閥桿螺母加潤滑油，以保證閥門的開關靈活。要有一套正規(guī)的維護方案，加強閥門的維護工作。
