1.安裝前檢查良工閥門是否缺件，型號是否正確，閥體是否有雜物，消聲器是否堵塞。

1. Before installation, check whether the good worker valve is missing, whether the model is correct, whether there are sundries in the valve body and whether the muffler is blocked.

2.將閥門和氣缸置于關閉位置。

2. Place the valve and cylinder in the closed position.

3.將氣缸安裝在閥門上(裝置方向與閥體平行或筆直)，然后檢查螺孔是否對齊。不會有重大錯誤。如果有任何錯誤，只需輕輕轉動氣缸并擰緊螺釘。

3. Install the cylinder on the valve (the direction of the device is parallel or straight with the valve body), and then check whether the screw holes are aligned. There will be no major mistakes. If there are any errors, just turn the cylinder slightly and tighten the screws.

4.安裝完成后，調試電磁閥(正常供氣壓力為0.40.6MPa)。調試時，需要手動打開和關閉電磁閥(電磁閥線圈只有在電磁閥切斷后才能手動操作)，檢查電磁閥的打開和關閉情況。如果在開啟和關閉開始時發現閥門被強制，然后在擦洗操作期間，閥門處于正常狀態，則應減小氣缸的行程(同時向內調整氣缸兩端的行程調整螺釘)。調整過程中，將閥門操作到開啟位置(然后關閉氣源，再次調整)，直到閥門啟閉平穩，無漏氣。還應注意，可調消聲器可以調節閥門的開啟和關閉速度，但不能太小，否則閥門可能不會移動。

4. after installation, adjust the solenoid valve (the normal supply pressure is 0.40.6MPa). During commissioning, it is necessary to open and close the solenoid valve manually (the solenoid valve coil can be operated manually only after the solenoid valve is cut off), and check the opening and closing of the solenoid valve. If it is found that the valve is forced at the beginning of opening and closing, and then the valve is in normal state during scrubbing operation, reduce the stroke of the cylinder (and adjust the stroke adjustment screws at both ends of the cylinder inward at the same time). During the adjustment, operate the valve to the open position (then close the air source and adjust again) until the valve opens and closes smoothly without air leakage. It should also be noted that the adjustable muffler can adjust the opening and closing speed of the valve, but it should not be too small, otherwise the valve may not move.

9. Confirm that the flange is welded correctly. After installing the Lianggong valve, do not weld the flange to avoid burning the rubber parts.

12.全開閥門，用不帶墊圈的扳手對角擰緊螺栓，不要過度擰緊螺栓，以免閥環嚴重變形和啟閉扭矩過大。

12. Fully open the valve and tighten the bolts diagonally with a wrench without washer. Do not over tighten the bolts to avoid serious deformation of the valve ring and excessive opening and closing torque.
