1、隔膜閥的試壓方法

1. Pressure test method of diaphragm valve

隔膜閥強度試驗從任一端引入介質，開啟閥瓣，另一端封閉，試驗壓力升至規定值后，看閥體和閥蓋無滲漏為合格。然后降壓至密封性試驗壓力，關閉閥瓣，打開另一端進行檢查，無滲漏為合格。

In the strength test of diaphragm valve, the medium is introduced from either end, the valve disc is opened, and the other end is closed. After the test pressure rises to the specified value, it is qualified if there is no leakage in the valve body and bonnet. Then depressurize to the sealing test pressure, close the valve disc, open the other end for inspection, and it is qualified if there is no leakage.

2、截止閥和節流閥的試壓方法

2. Pressure test method of stop valve and throttle valve

截止閥和節流閥的強度試驗，通常將組裝好的閥門放在試壓架中，打開閥瓣，注入介質至規定值，檢查閥體和閥蓋是否冒汗和滲漏。也可單件進行強度試驗。密封性試驗只做截止閥。試驗時截止閥的閥桿成垂直狀態，閥瓣開啟，介質從閥瓣底下一端引入至規定值，檢查填料和墊片處;待合格后關閉閥瓣，打開另一端檢查是否有滲漏。如果上海良工閥門強度和密封性試驗都要做時，可先做強度試驗，然后降壓至密封性試驗規定值，檢查填料和墊片處;再關閉閥瓣，打開出口端檢查密封面是否滲漏。

For the strength test of stop valve and throttle valve, the assembled valve is usually placed in the pressure test frame, the valve disc is opened, the medium is injected to the specified value, and the valve body and bonnet are checked for sweating and leakage. The strength test can also be carried out on a single piece. The sealing test is only for the stop valve. During the test, the valve stem of the stop valve is vertical, the valve disc is opened, the medium is introduced from the lower end of the valve disc to the specified value, and the packing and gasket are checked; After passing the inspection, close the valve disc and open the other end to check whether there is leakage. If the strength and sealing test of Shanghai Lianggong valve are required, the strength test can be carried out first, then the pressure can be reduced to the specified value of sealing test, and the packing and gasket shall be checked; Then close the valve disc, open the outlet end and check whether the sealing surface leaks.

3、閘閥的試壓方法

3. Pressure test method of gate valve

閘閥的強度試驗與截止閥一樣。閘閥的密封性試驗有兩種方法。

The strength test of gate valve is the same as that of stop valve. There are two methods for sealing test of gate valve.

①閘板開啟，使閥內壓力升至規定值;然后關閉閘板，立即取出閘閥，檢查閘板兩側密封處有否滲漏或者直接往閥蓋上的堵頭內注入試驗介質至規定值，檢查閘板兩側密封處。以上方法叫做中間試壓。這種方法不宜在公稱通徑DN32mm以下的閘閥做密封試驗。

① The ram is opened to raise the pressure in the valve to the specified value; Then close the ram, take out the gate valve immediately, check whether there is leakage at the seals on both sides of the ram, or directly inject the test medium into the plug on the valve cover to the specified value, and check the seals on both sides of the ram. The above method is called intermediate pressure test. This method is not suitable for sealing test on gate valves with nominal diameter below dn32mm.

②另一種方法是將閘板開啟，使閥門試驗壓力升至規定值;然后關閘板，打開一端盲板，檢查密封面是否滲漏。再倒頭，作以上重復試驗至合格為止。

氣動閘閥填料和墊片處密封性試驗應在閘板密封性試驗之前進行。

4、蝶閥的試壓方法

4. Pressure test method of butterfly valve

氣動蝶閥的強度試驗與截止閥一樣。蝶閥的密封性能試驗應從介質流人端引入試驗介質，蝶板應開啟，另一端封閉，注入壓力至規定值;檢查填料和其他密封處無滲漏后，關閉蝶板，打開另一端，檢查蝶板密封處無滲漏為合格。作為調節流量用的蝶閥可不做密封性能試驗。

The strength test of pneumatic butterfly valve is the same as that of stop valve. For the sealing performance test of butterfly valve, the test medium shall be introduced from the medium flow end, the butterfly plate shall be opened, the other end shall be closed, and the injection pressure shall reach the specified value; After checking that there is no leakage at the packing and other seals, close the butterfly plate, open the other end, and check that there is no leakage at the seal of the butterfly plate. The butterfly valve used for regulating flow may not be subject to sealing performance test.
