4.按氣動閥閥體上箭頭指示的方向安裝（順流安裝）把氣動閥門的接口與管道連接上，并確保連接處良好的密封。

三、維護方法

1.氣動閥拆卸前，必須排空汽缸中的流體，泄去閥門內介質壓力；如果介質是高溫、高壓易燃、易爆，有毒或者有腐蝕性，必須徹底清除，以防造成人身、設備以外傷害。

1. Before disassembling the pneumatic valve, the fluid in the cylinder must be drained and the medium pressure in the valve must be relieved; If the medium is high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, toxic or corrosive, it must be completely removed to prevent personal and equipment injury.

A 拆汽缸：取下鎖緊環，向上提起并取下汽缸后，可以看見活塞、彈簧、位置指示器、閥桿等部件。

B 拆閥體：用扳手卡在閥蓋根部進行旋轉，即可拆卸閥體，看到閥體內件。

C 拆密封件：在拆開閥體后，可以看到在閥桿末端的密封件，擰下固定密封件的螺絲，即可拆下密封件。

3.根據故障分析，對拆開的閥門進行相應的處理。
