手動閥門，是通過手柄、手輪操作的閥門，是設備管道上使用普遍的一種閥門。它的手柄、手輪旋轉方向順時針為關閉，逆時針為開啟。但也有個別閥門開啟與上述開啟相反。因此，操作前應注意檢查啟閉標志后再操作。
