Low protection grade will cause damp in the inner cavity of the electric actuator or invasion of foreign matters such as dust, and damage caused by the decrease of insulation resistance of the electric actuator.

包裝、運輸及保管不當(dāng)閥門電動執(zhí)行器包裝應(yīng)有防雨、防潮、防塵措施。運輸過程中應(yīng)有防雨措施，產(chǎn)品到現(xiàn)場后應(yīng)存放在通風(fēng)、干燥處，不得露天存放。禁止在陰雨天氣調(diào)試或檢修，調(diào)試完畢后要擰緊全部緊固件，以保證電氣部分密封嚴(yán)密可靠。

Improper packaging, transportation and storage. The packaging of valve electric actuator shall be provided with rain proof, moisture-proof and dust-proof measures. Rain proof measures shall be taken during transportation. After the products arrive at the site, they shall be stored in a ventilated and dry place and shall not be stored in the open air. Commissioning or maintenance in rainy weather is prohibited. After commissioning, all fasteners shall be tightened to ensure tight and reliable sealing of electrical parts.

良工閥門電動執(zhí)行器選型與行程位置調(diào)整控制不當(dāng)閥門電動執(zhí)行器有兩個重要參數(shù)：啟閉力矩值應(yīng)包括閥門實際工作扭矩值加上閥門自身扭矩值，啟閉力矩大小影響閥門使用，力大易壞，力小易漏。在選型配套上應(yīng)有足夠的余量（一般要求大于閥門實際操作轉(zhuǎn)矩值1.1～1.3倍）。
