故障一：執行器不動作，但控制模塊電源和信號燈均亮。

Fault 1: the actuator does not act, but the power supply and signal lamp of the control module are on.

處理方法：檢查電源電壓是否正確;電動機是否斷線;十芯插頭從端到各線終端是否斷線;電動機、電位器、電容各接插頭是否良好;用對比互換法判斷控制模塊是否良好。

Treatment method: check whether the power supply voltage is correct; Whether the motor is disconnected; Whether the ten core plug is disconnected from the end to each wire terminal; Whether the plugs of motor, potentiometer and capacitor are in good condition; Judge whether the control module is in good condition by comparison and exchange method.

故障二： 執行器不動作， 電源燈亮而信號燈不亮。

Fault 2: the actuator does not act, the power light is on and the signal light is not on.

處理方法：檢查輸入信號性等是否正確;用對比互換法判斷控制模塊是否良好。

Processing method: check whether the input signal is correct; Judge whether the control module is in good condition by comparison and exchange method.

故障三： 調節系統參數整定不當導致執行器頻繁振蕩。

Fault 3: the actuator oscillates frequently due to improper adjustment of system parameters.

處理方法：調節器的參數整定不合適，會引起系統產生不同程度的振蕩。對于單回路調節系統，比例帶過小，積分時間過短，微分時間和微分增益過大都可能產生系統振蕩。可以通過系統整定的方法，合理的選擇這些參數，使回路保持穩定速度。

Treatment method: improper parameter setting of the regulator will cause varying degrees of oscillation of the system. For single loop regulation system, system oscillation may occur if the proportional band is too small, the integration time is too short, and the differential time and differential gain are too large. These parameters can be reasonably selected through the method of system tuning to keep the loop at a stable speed.

故障四：執行器電機發熱迅速、震蕩爬行、短時間內停止動作。

Fault 4: the actuator motor heats rapidly, vibrates and crawls, and stops operating in a short time.

處理方法： 用交流2V 電壓檔測控制模塊輸入端是否交流干擾動;檢查信號線是否和電源線隔離;電位器及電位器配線是否良好; 反饋組件動作是否正常。

Treatment method: measure whether the input end of the control module is disturbed by AC 2V voltage; Check whether the signal line is isolated from the power line; Whether the potentiometer and potentiometer wiring are in good condition; Whether the feedback component operates normally.

故障五：執行器動作呈步進、爬行現象、動作緩慢。

Fault 5: the action of actuator is stepping and crawling, and the action is slow.

處理方法： 檢查操作器傳來的信號動作時間是否正確。

Processing method: check whether the signal action time transmitted by the operator is correct.

故障六：執行器位置反饋信號太大或太小。

Fault 6: the actuator position feedback signal is too large or too small.

處理方法：檢查“零位”和“行程”電位器調整是否正確;更換控制模塊判斷。

Treatment method: check whether the adjustment of "zero position" and "stroke" potentiometers is correct; Replace the control module.

故障七：加信號后執行器全開或全關，限位開關也不停。

Fault 7: after the signal is added, the actuator is fully open or closed, and the limit switch does not stop.

處理方法： 檢查控制模塊的功能選擇開關是否在正確位置;“零位”和“行程”電位器調整是否正確;更換控制模塊判斷。

Handling method: check whether the function selection switch of the control module is in the correct position; Whether the "zero position" and "stroke" potentiometers are adjusted correctly; Replace the control module.

故障八：執行器震蕩、鳴叫。

Fault 8: actuator vibrates and sounds.

處理方法：主要是因為靈敏度調得太高，不靈敏區太小，過于靈敏，致使執行器小回路無法穩定而產生振蕩，可逆針微調靈敏度電位器降低靈敏度;流體壓力變化太大，執行機構推力不足;調節閥選擇大了、閥常在小開度工作。

Treatment method: it is mainly because the sensitivity is adjusted too high, the insensitive area is too small and too sensitive, resulting in the instability of the small circuit of the actuator and oscillation. The reversible needle fine-tuning the sensitivity potentiometer reduces the sensitivity; The fluid pressure changes too much and the thrust of the actuator is insufficient; When the control valve is large, the valve often works at a small opening.

故障九：執行器動作不正常，但限位開關動作后電機不停止。

Fault 9: the actuator does not operate normally, but the motor does not stop after the limit switch acts.

處理方法：檢查限位開關、限位開關配線是否有故障;更換控制模塊判斷。

Treatment method: check whether the limit switch and limit switch wiring are faulty; Replace the control module.

故障十：執行器皮帶斷。

Fault 10: the actuator belt is broken.

處理方法： 檢查執行器內部傳動部分是否損壞卡住;“零位”和“行程”電位器調整是否正確;限位開關是否正確。

Treatment method: check whether the internal transmission part of the actuator is damaged and stuck; Whether the "zero position" and "stroke" potentiometers are adjusted correctly; Check whether the limit switch is correct.
