In the process of using the valve, there are often some troublesome problems, such as the valve can not be closed tightly and tightly. What should we do? If the valve fails to close tightly, first find out where the problem is, and then solve it according to the corresponding methods. There are several reasons why the valve cannot be closed tightly:

（1）有雜質卡在密封面，雜物沉積在閥門腐蝕處或墊在閥瓣與閥座之間；

(1) Impurities are stuck on the sealing surface, and sundries are deposited at the corrosion place of the valve or padded between the valve disc and the valve seat;

（2）閥桿螺紋生銹，閥門無法轉動；

（4）閥桿與閥瓣連接不好，使閥瓣與閥座偏斜不能嚴密接觸。

閥門關不嚴的處理方法：

一、有雜質卡住閥門密封面

1、 Impurities stuck on the sealing surface of the valve

閥門有時突然關不嚴，可能是閥門密封面間有雜質卡住，此時不應用力強行關閉，應把閥門稍開大一些，然后再試圖關閉，反復試試，一般即可排除，否則應進行檢查，應保持介質的質量潔凈。

Sometimes the valve suddenly fails to close tightly, which may be due to impurities stuck between the sealing surfaces of the valve. At this time, do not force it to close. Open the valve slightly larger, and then try to close it again and again. Generally, it can be eliminated by trying again and again. 二、閥桿螺紋生銹

對于通常在開啟狀態的閥門，偶然關閉時，由于閥桿螺紋已經生銹，也會發生關不嚴的情況。對于這種情況，可反復開關幾次閥門，同時用小錘敲擊閥體底部，即能將閥門關嚴，無需對閥門進行研磨修理。

三、閥門密封面被破壞

對于試著多次開關仍然關不緊的情況，那就是密封面已損壞了，應報修；又或者腐蝕、介質中的顆粒劃傷等破壞了密封面，也應報修。

If the switch cannot be closed tightly after trying for many times, that is, the sealing surface has been damaged and should be reported for repair; If the sealing surface is damaged by corrosion or particle scratch in the medium, it shall also be reported for repair.

四、閥桿與閥彩連接不好
