必須把氣動閥的管道清洗、吹掃干凈；如介質內有雜質，在閥前管道上應加裝過濾閥。

電磁閥的線圈帶電時，禁止取下，以防止觸電。

三、維護方法
3、 Maintenance methods
氣動閥拆卸前，必須排空汽缸中的流體，泄去閥門內介質壓力；如果介質是高溫、高壓易燃、易爆，有毒或者有腐蝕性，必須徹底清除，以防造成人身、設備以外傷害。
Before disassembling the pneumatic valve, the fluid in the cylinder must be drained to relieve the pressure of the medium inside the valve; If the medium is high-temperature, high-pressure, flammable, explosive, toxic, or corrosive, it must be thoroughly removed to prevent personal or equipment injury.
氣動閥拆卸步驟：
Disassembly steps of pneumatic valve:
拆汽缸：取下鎖緊環(huán)，向上提起并取下汽缸后，可以看見活塞、彈簧、位置指示器、閥桿等部件。
Disassembling the cylinder: Remove the locking ring, lift it up and remove the cylinder, and you can see the piston, spring, position indicator, valve stem, and other components.
拆閥體：用扳手卡在閥蓋根部進行旋轉，即可拆卸閥體，看到閥體內件。
Disassembling the valve body: Use a wrench to clamp it at the root of the valve cover and rotate it to disassemble the valve body and see the internal parts of the valve body.
拆密封件：在拆開閥體后，可以看到在閥桿末端的密封件，擰下固定密封件的螺絲，即可拆下密封件。

根據(jù)故障分析，對拆開的閥門進行相應的處理。

密封件、鎖緊環(huán)、密封環(huán)和彈簧等部件一定要安裝到位，擰緊連接件時，用力要均勻。拆卸和安裝過程中要注意不要碰傷膜片和閥座。
