　　為使閥門更有效地密封，該結構采用三重密封結構，即三角形橡膠密封和塑料插件軟密封，加上金屬硬密封，如果軟密封出現問題，金屬密封也能起到作用。同時金屬硬密封還是防火結構的設計，即當軟密封遭到火災燃燒時，金屬硬密封能夠密封。

　　閥門的上下游端均焊接有與用戶管道相同尺寸的鋼管，方便用戶現場的安裝使用。避免現場焊接安裝過程中由于溫度過高對閥門軟密封零件的傷害。

　　為防止閥門開關受到誤動作以及不可預知的線路振動而產生的不應有的開關動作，在閥門的全開和全關位置設有鎖定孔，可用掛鎖鎖定閥門。特別是閥門安裝在野外或在可燃性介質的石油類和化學藥品的生產線，該鎖定裝置就會體現出其獨特的優越性。

　　To prevent valve switching from being affected by misoperation and unforeseeable line vibrations, locking holes are provided at the fully open and fully closed positions of the valve, and the valve can be locked with a padlock. Especially when valves are installed in the field or on production lines for flammable media such as petroleum and chemical products, this locking device will demonstrate its unique superiority.
